Our vision is to create an exquisite traditional Japanese Edomae style sushi experience with a relaxing, social environment.

We kindly invite you to join us and watch as we expertly and swiftly prepare each and every mouth-watering course for you. We select our menu through research and knowledge of each fish. Depending on the weather and season in Japan, different fish can have different flavours and textures. Our appetizers are carefully curated to find the best ingredients both locally and internationally to bring you flavours of Japan.

With over 30 years of shared culinary experience between the two, Chef Kevin and Chef Danny bring their shared expertise to life an unforgettable dining experience.
